Megan and Taylor have been married for six years. Megan is a dental hygienist and Taylor works for Papa John’s as a quality control analyst (aka pizza scientist.) They have two pups named Tinley and Chewie. Taylor and Megan enjoy working out together and exploring the bourbon trail, where they live. They met in 2011 while attending the University of Louisville. Megan gave Taylor a ride to church and the rest was history. After dating for three years while in college, they got engaged and married in 2014.
After three years of being married, they wanted to start a family. Due to Megan having Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, they didn’t wait long before having tests done to try to see why they hadn’t gotten pregnant yet. Soon after, they found out they were not getting pregnant due to male-factor infertility. They were told due to the severity, IVF was the only option for pregnancy. Due to cost, that was not something that was feasible for them. Three years later, a friend of Megan’s reached out to her to let her know about a grant program that she had heard about. Taylor and Megan decided it was worth a shot to apply and they are so happy that they did!
