Danielle & Anthony

Danielle and Anthony met in high school and shortly after graduation, they began dating. July will be 10 years together. They got married in October 2020. They live in the Cincinnati area with their beloved pup, Luna. Danielle is a teacher and Anthony is a line operator.

Danielle and Anthony have always wanted kids and hoped that it would happen naturally. After 2 years of “trying but not trying” they decided to begin trying for a baby. After trying for nearly a year, Danielle decided to see her OBGYN, they ran some tests and it came back that she has PCOS. Her world shattered, and she was devastated. Her one huge goal in life was to be a mom and after hearing that diagnosis she felt like that was never going to happen.

Her OBGYN recommended different types of medication, a lifestyle change, and to go see an infertility doctor. For months she was in denial and so depressed. Their insurance doesn’t cover infertility services and their salaries together could not afford infertility treatment. They were so concerned about the cost but more concerned that they would never be parents. They decided to make an appointment with IRH to see what their options were.

A few weeks after making the appointment with IRH, a friend reached out and told Danielle and Anthony about this organization that is giving out a Grant for IVF. Danielle researched Parental Hope and saw that they were affiliated with IRH, what were the odds?! It was about a month before the Spring for Hope event when they heard about this organization and IVF Grant. It felt like everything was falling into place. They applied and attended the Spring for Hope event with all of their family and friends. Danielle and Anthony were lucky enough to get pulled as one of the 2023 Parental Hope IVF Grant recipients!

“We are so excited to be here and to get this chance of growing our family! We would like to thank Parental Hope for this amazing opportunity!”
