Parental Hope Family Grant

To help alleviate the financial burden of infertility, Parental Hope provides financial assistance to those battling infertility through the Parental Hope Family Grant.  There are three different types of Parental Hope Family Grants (collectively the “Grant”):

  • IVF – Parental Hope Family Grant (“IVF Grant”) covers the full cost of a standard IVF cycle to include one egg retrieval, one embryo transfer (frozen or fresh), intracytoplasmic sperm injection (if medically necessary), and IVF education day fee at the Institute for Reproductive Health in Cincinnati, OH. The IVF Grant does not provide funds to cover the cost of any other medical services, including, but not limited to embryo freezing and storage fees, genetic testing, IVF consultation fee, and the cost of medication. Travel to Cincinnati, OH is not included in the Grant. Full Terms and Conditions of the Grant can be found HERE.
  • FET – Parental Hope Family Grant (“FET Grant”) covers the full cost of one frozen embryo transfer (“FET”) at the Institute for Reproductive Health in Cincinnati, OH. The Grant does not provide funds to cover the cost of any other medical services, including, but not limited to embryo freezing and storage fees, genetic testing, and the cost of medication.   • Embryo Adoption – Parental Hope offers an embryo adoption grant through its Parental Hope Family Grant program (referred to as the “Grant”). The Grant provides a one-time payment of up to $5,000 to a couple who have qualified for embryo adoption with the National Embryo Donation Center located in Knoxville, Tennessee (the “NEDC”). This includes the preparation and acceptance of the NEDC’s embryo adoption application, successful completion of the home study requirements set forth by the NEDC, and medical clearance by the NEDC.
